						<section><p>If upon the certificate of the result of the said election made by the Secretary of the Commonwealth to such <span class="dictionary">court</span> it shall appear that a majority of the qualified voters of the proposed sanitation <span class="dictionary">district</span> voting at the election shall have voted &#x201C;yes&#x201D; and in favor of the creation of the proposed sanitation <span class="dictionary">district</span>, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall make and enter of record an <span class="dictionary">order</span> stating such result, and thereupon the territory defined in the <span class="dictionary">petition</span>, less such parts thereof as shall be excluded pursuant to the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Exclusion from district of county, city or town voting against establishment" href="/21-234/">21-234</a> shall be and constitute a sanitation <span class="dictionary">district</span> for all the purposes of this chapter, known and designated by the name stated in the <span class="dictionary">petition</span>.</p></section></text><history>1946, p. 349; Michie Suppl. 1946, &#xA7; 1560iii3.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
