						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Jurisdiction</span> to enforce the provisions of this article and to grant any remedy or relief authorized by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Remedies to prevent violation" href="/21-220/">21-220</a> shall be in the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of any <span class="dictionary">county</span> and in the corporation <span class="dictionary">court</span> of any city in whole or in part embraced within the district, or within which are located any <span class="dictionary">tidal waters of the district</span>. The remedies, relief and <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> authorized by this section and &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Remedies to prevent violation" href="/21-220/">21-220</a> shall be concurrent and cumulative.</p></section></text><history>1938, p. 528; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 1560ccc.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
