						<section><p>The commission is authorized, out of any funds available therefor, to purchase any <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> of the commission at a price not more than the <span class="dictionary">redemption</span> price thereof on the next succeeding <span class="dictionary">redemption</span> date or, if such <span class="dictionary">bonds</span> be not redeemable, the principal amount thereof, together with, in either case, interest accrued to the date of purchase.</p></section></text><history>1938, p. 521; 1942, p. 606; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 1560oo.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
