						<section><p>Except as otherwise provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Ex parte order to take physical custody of child" href="/20-146.32/">20-146.32</a>, the <span class="dictionary">petition</span> and <span class="dictionary">order</span> shall be served, by any method authorized by the <span class="dictionary">law</span> of this Commonwealth, upon the <span class="dictionary">respondent</span> and any person who has physical <span class="dictionary">custody</span> of the child.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 305.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
