						<section><p>In the event that any of the members or officers of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> cease to be members or officers of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> prior to the delivery of any <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> signed by them, their signatures or facsimiles thereof shall nevertheless be valid and sufficient for all purposes as if they had remained in office until such delivery.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 749, &#xA7; 9-227; 2001, c. 844.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
