						<section><p>The Executive Secretary of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span> shall prescribe and prepare forms of official receipts for fines and distribute them to the clerks of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">courts</span> and to the clerks of the district <span class="dictionary">courts</span> for their use.
