						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span> or of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span> shall be certified to the <span class="dictionary">court</span> to whose <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> the <span class="dictionary">writ</span> of error was allowed.
