						<section><p>In any case of a <span class="dictionary">felony</span> the <span class="dictionary">jury</span> shall not be kept together unless the <span class="dictionary">court</span> otherwise directs. Whenever a <span class="dictionary">jury</span> is required to be kept together, it shall be deemed sufficient compliance although the <span class="dictionary">court</span> for good cause permits one or more of such jurors to be separated from the others; provided all such jurors, whether separated or not, be kept in charge of officers provided therefor.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7;&#xA7; 8-208.31, 8-208.32; 1973, c. 439; 1975, c. 495.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
