						<section><p>Any city, county or combination thereof which elects or is required to establish a <span class="dictionary">pretrial services</span> agency shall provide all information and services for use by judicial officers as set forth in Article 1 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/19.2-119/">19.2-119</a> et seq.) of Chapter 9 of this title.</p></section></text><history>1994, 2nd Sp.
