						<section><p>Any person who shall willfully wear, exhibit, display, print, or use, for any purpose, the badge, motto, button, decoration, charm, emblem, rosette, or other insignia of any such association or organization mentioned in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Registration of names or insignia of certain societies, organizations or associations; alteration or cancellation of name" href="/2.2-411/">2.2-411</a>, duly registered under Article 2 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Registration of names or insignia of certain societies, organizations or associations; alteration or cancellation of name" href="/2.2-411/">2.2-411</a> et seq.) of Chapter 4, Title 2.2, unless he shall be entitled to use and wear the same under the constitution and bylaws, rules and regulations of such association or organization, shall be guilty of a Class 4 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 2.1-80; 1966, c. 677; 1975, cc. 14, 15.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
