						<section><p>The Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span>, with the aid of the Executive Secretary, shall obtain the information to be contained in the reports to be made pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Reports by clerks of the business of courts of record" href="/17.1-221/">17.1-221</a> and present the same to the next regular session of the General Assembly, and at each recurring session, together with any recommendation it sees fit to make, looking to the equalization of the work of the <span class="dictionary">courts</span> of record of this Commonwealth or any matter pertaining to the conduct of the work of the <span class="dictionary">courts</span> which may enable the General Assembly to have complete knowledge thereof.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 3405, &#xA7; 17-103; 1928, p. 1121; 1938, p. 130; 1944, p. 131; 1973, c. 544; 1998, c. 872.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
