						<section><p>The Executive Secretary, at the direction of the <span class="dictionary">Court</span>, shall report every clerk who fails to make the report mentioned in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Reports by clerks of the business of courts of record" href="/17.1-221/">17.1-221</a> to the <span class="dictionary">chief judge</span> of the clerk&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">court</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 3406, &#xA7; 17-58; 1938, p. 130; 1964, c. 10; 1998, c. 872.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
