						<section><p>Upon rejecting a <span class="dictionary">plea</span> agreement in any delinquency matter, a <span class="dictionary">judge</span> shall immediately <span class="dictionary">recuse</span> himself from any further proceedings on the same matter unless the parties agree otherwise.</p></section></text><history>2014, c. 165.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
