						<section><p>Nothing in this chapter shall be held to confer upon <span class="dictionary">courts</span> not of record any <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> or power over <span class="dictionary">offenses</span> of which <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> is specifically vested in the State Corporation Commission or in <span class="dictionary">courts</span> of record under the corporation <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of the Commonwealth.</p></section></text><history>1956, c. 555.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
