						<section><p>No provisions of this chapter nor act of <span class="dictionary">an authority</span>, including the procurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a <span class="dictionary">waiver</span> of any sovereign immunity to which <span class="dictionary">the authority</span> or its directors, officers, employees, or agents are otherwise entitled.</p></section></text><history>2005, cc. 869, 887.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
