						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">party</span> aggrieved by such <span class="dictionary">order</span> may <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> to the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span> and a supersedeas may be granted in the same manner as is now or hereafter shall be provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span> and the rules of <span class="dictionary">court</span> applicable to civil cases. Any <span class="dictionary">party</span> aggrieved by a <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Court</span> of <span class="dictionary">Appeals</span> rendered pursuant to this section may <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> to the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span>, and a supersedeas may be granted in the same manner as is now or hereafter shall be provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span> and the rules of <span class="dictionary">court</span> applicable to civil cases.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-290.3; 1970, c. 150, &#xA7; 15.1-1532; 1979, c. 719; 1997, c. 587; 2021, Sp.
