						<section><p>The special <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall by <span class="dictionary">order</span> fix a time within which a qualified <span class="dictionary">voter</span>, property owner, political subdivision, or other interested <span class="dictionary">party</span> not served may become a <span class="dictionary">party</span> to proceedings instituted under this chapter, and thereafter no such <span class="dictionary">petition</span> shall be received except for good cause shown. A copy of the <span class="dictionary">order</span> shall be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the <span class="dictionary">city</span> and <span class="dictionary">county</span>.</p></section></text><history>1988, c. 881, &#xA7; 15.1-965.13; 1997, c. 587.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
