						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">court</span> in which a proceeding to invalidate or <span class="dictionary">sustain</span> <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> is brought shall invalidate the <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> unless it finds substantial defects, <span class="dictionary">material</span> errors, and omissions in the <span class="dictionary">bond</span> <span class="dictionary">issue</span>.
