						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Promote understanding of the value of public beaches and the causes and effects of <span class="dictionary">erosion</span>; <a id="paragraph-1290540" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-706/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="2"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> Make available information concerning <span class="dictionary">erosion</span> of public beaches; <a id="paragraph-1290541" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-706/#2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
