						<section><p>If the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> determines after the <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, and after due consideration of the relevant <span class="dictionary">facts</span>, that there is no need for a <span class="dictionary">soil and water conservation district</span> to function in the territory considered at the <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, it shall record its determination and deny the <span class="dictionary">petition</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 21-18; 1964, c. 512; 1988, c. 891.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
