						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> It shall be unlawful to remove, kill, harm, or otherwise disturb any naturally occurring organisms within any <span class="dictionary">cave</span>, except for safety or health reasons; however, scientific collecting permits may be obtained from the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>. <a id="paragraph-1287434" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/10.1-1006/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
