CODE OF VIRGINIA

RIGHT OF PROPERTY TO BE PROVED (§ 55.1-2703)

In any action relating to the ownership of any property described in §
55.1-2700, the person, other than the owner of such land, claiming to be the
owner of the property must prove his ownership in order to sustain his claim.
