CODE OF VIRGINIA

GOVERNOR AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE INTERSTATE COMPACT TO CONSERVE OIL AND GAS (§
45.2-300)

The Governor is hereby authorized and requested to execute, on behalf of the
Commonwealth with any other state legally joining therein, a compact that is in
form substantially as provided in § 45.2-301.
