CODE OF VIRGINIA

 APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF CLEAN ENERGY POLICY ADVISOR (§ 45.2-104.1)

The Chief Clean Energy Policy Advisor shall be appointed by the Governor and
shall be under the direction of and report to the Director.
