CODE OF VIRGINIA

DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE FROM VESSEL WHILE AFLOAT, ETC (§ 21-222)

No violation of any provision of this article shall be deemed to occur by reason
of the discharge of sewage from any boat or vessel while afloat or on a marine
railway or in dry dock.
