Includes a power of appointment not exercisable until the occurrence of a\nspecified event, the satisfaction of an ascertainable standard, or the passage\nof a specified time only after:\n\t\t\ta. The occurrence of the specified event;\t\t\tb. The satisfaction of the\nascertainable standard; or\t\t\tc. The passage of the specified time; and\n\n2.
