To the extent that a power of attorney<\/span> expressly grants an agent<\/span> authority over the content of electronic communications<\/span> sent or received by the principal<\/span> and unless directed otherwise by the principal<\/span> or the court<\/span>, a custodian<\/span> shall disclose to the agent<\/span> the content if the agent<\/span> gives the custodian<\/span>:<\/p><\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
