with in a way that affects the odds or the payout of a game or disables the game from operating according to the rules of the game as promulgated by the Board is guilty of a Class 5 felony and subject to a fine of not more than $50,000 and, in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine of not more than $200,000.\n\nB\n\nIn addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, an employee of the casino gaming operator who violates this section shall have his permit suspended for a period of not less than 30 days.\n\nC\n\nIn addition to the penalties provided in subsection A, a
