the Authority.\n\n“Community services board region” means a region as determined by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services for purposes of administering Chapter 5 (\u00a7 37.2-500 et seq.) of Title 37.2.\n\n“Fund” means the Opioid Abatement Fund.\n\n“Historically economically disadvantaged community” means the same as such term is defined in \u00a7 56-576.\n\n“Local
