This is Subpart 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Rights of Bank.” It is part of Part 3 “Perfection and Priority”, which is part of Title 8.9A “Commercial Code — Secured Transactions”. It contains 3 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 8.9A-340	Effectiveness of right of recoupment or set-off against deposit account
§ 8.9A-341	Bank's rights and duties with respect to deposit account
§ 8.9A-342	Bank's right to refuse to enter into or disclose existence of control agreement
