This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 9 “Foster Care”, which is part of Subtitle III “Social Services Programs”, which is part of Title 63.2 “Welfare (Social Services)”. It contains 35 laws.
