This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Records.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Child Abuse and Neglect”, which is part of Subtitle III “Social Services Programs”, which is part of Title 63.2 “Welfare (Social Services)”. It contains 2 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.

§ 63.2-1514	Retention of records in all reports; procedures regarding unfounded reports alleged to be made in bad faith or with malicious intent
§ 63.2-1515	Central registry; disclosure of information
