This is Article 9 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Investments and Loans.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Banks”, which is part of Subtitle II “Depository Institutions and Trust Organizations”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”. It contains 19 laws.
