This is Article 19 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Towing and Towed Vehicles.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 6 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.

§ 46.2-1150	Towing certain unlicensed or uninspected vehicles
