This is Article 13 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Child Restraints.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Motor Vehicle and Equipment Safety”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 6 laws.
