This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licensure of Minors, Student Drivers, School Bus Drivers, and Motorcyclists.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
