This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Obtaining Licenses, Generally.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Licensure of Drivers”, which is part of Subtitle II “Titling, Registration and Licensure”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”. It contains 19 laws.
