This is Article 6.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Licensing of Viatical Settlement Brokers.” It is part of Chapter 18 “Insurance Agents”, which is part of Title 38.2 “Insurance”. It contains 5 laws.

§ 38.2-1865.5	Requirement to report to Commission
