This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Urban Highway System.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Highway Systems”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”. It contains 4 laws.
