This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Policies and Regulations.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Outdoor Advertising in Sight of Public Highways”, which is part of Subtitle II “Modes of Transportation: Highways, Bridges, Ferries, Rail, and Public Transportation”, which is part of Title 33.2 “Highways and Other Surface Transportation Systems”.
