This is Chapter 38 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Plants and Plant Products Inspection.” It is part of Subtitle III “Production and Sale of Agricultural Products”, which is part of Title 3.2 “Agriculture, Animal Care, and Food”. It contains 13 laws.
