This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Assignment, Transfer, Condemnation; Other Grounds.” It is part of Chapter 6 “Planting Grounds”, which is part of Subtitle II “Tidal Fisheries”, which is part of Title 28.2 “Fisheries and Habitat of the Tidal Waters”. It contains 12 laws.
