This is Chapter 39 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Human Rights Act.” It is part of Part B “Transaction of Public Business”, which is part of Subtitle II “Administration of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”. It contains 11 laws.
