This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Registration of Names or Insignia of Certain Organizations.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Secretary of the Commonwealth”, which is part of Part A “Office of the Governor”, which is part of Subtitle I “Organization of State Government”, which is part of Title 2.2 “Administration of Government”.
