This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Community Development Authorities.” It is part of Chapter 51 “Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Governmental Entities”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 8 laws.
