This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Waste and Recycling.” It is part of Chapter 9 “General Powers of Local Governments”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 13 laws.

It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.
