This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Land Subdivision and Development.” It is part of Chapter 22 “Planning, Subdivision of Land and Zoning”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 47 laws.
