This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Vacation, etc., of Public Rights-of-Way.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Streets and Alleys”, which is part of Subtitle II “Powers of Local Government”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 4 laws.
