This is Chapter 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “County Board Form of Government.” It is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions; Charters; Other Forms and Organization of Counties”, which is part of Title 15.2 “Counties, Cities and Towns”. It contains 19 laws.
